4:5 Aspect Ratio
This size post is higher than wider.

Small transparent dots at the bottom of each frame indicates the number of images per post.
The image you land on turns the dot a solid white.

9:16 Aspect Ratio
An IG Story can be a static photo or a video.
Each one will play for 15 seconds, then move on.
The maximum number you can post in a day is 100.
Stories only last 24 hours before they disappear.

Reels 1080w x 1920h pixels
9:16 Aspect Ratio
A Reel can be between 15-90 seconds long.
Think of it as a mini-movie used to express an idea, tutorial or how your product can help potential customers. Anything you think your viewer would find valuable.
Adding music to reels can help bring them to life.
A way for your reels to be seen by more accounts is to include trending sounds & songs.
