Tailwind Community is the perfect name for this group. Because you really do get the feeling of belonging to a community.
As an online entrepreneur, it can be hard to meet and collaborate with fellow business owners. But a way around that is with Communities Chat.

When I first joined Tailwind Communities, I was so excited that someone had reshared one of my pins. I checked out her Pinterest page, (loved her work!) and sent a thank you message and comment, signing off my name – Lavinia.
I had heard that people on Pinterest are not as social as on Instagram. So I didn’t expect to hear anything back but, to my surprise, she did! She thanked me and stated how shocked she was to know my name was Lavinia, as that is what she wanted to call her daughter. (but, unfortunately, her husband wasn’t on board!).
Something as simple as having an unusual name had brought two fellow creatives together through Tailwind Communities. I couldn’t wait to see what other great things would come of this!
This brief conversation brought me so much hope and confidence in knowing there was a way to get to know fellow creatives online and help each other grow.
And, this is what lead me to form our Tailwind Community

Our community is for Creatives to share work and grow their brand with helpful tips and ideas to create a profitable business.
We would love you to join and help your business grow through sharing pins and forming collaborations. And we will also follow you on Pinterest!

We decided to focus on a niche group of creatives including

> Textile Designers
> Surface Pattern Designers
There is often a cross-over between these three groups. Artists can also be Surface and Textile designers and vice-versa.
However, we felt this combination would provide content that is useful to all three groups.
This means here, you will find quality pins that you will want to share with your audience. It also saves you hours searching for content other than your own to pin.

Every good community needs guidelines to ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly.

4. Admin has the right to remove pins/participants if guidelines aren’t followed.

Visit FIND A COMMUNITY inside Tailwind, and you’ll soon discover a lot of communities require you to be pre-screened and have to request to join. The problem is you can wait for months (or even longer) to be approved and still not hear back from the community owner or Admins.
