Why is the Wall Planner Undated?

An undated wall planner allows you to start using it at any time of the year.

As per the usual calendar, we have provided 12 boxes representing the months of the year.

There are no dates on this calendar. The only things printed are the month and days of the week.

If you have a quiet month or need more room for one particular month, you can use multiple boxes and date accordingly.

How do I use it?

Think of this Undated Year at a Glance Wall Planner as a Choose Your Own Adventure. You start when you want. Skip a month if you need to and come back and start all over again.

When you want to start using it simply, label the dates. Or leave the dates blank, it’s totally up to you.

Size-wise, how big is the Planner?

To cater to all our friends around the world, The Year at a Glance Wall Planner comes in two sizes, pick the one that best suits you.

1. 36”x24” size version (US imperial)
When getting printed, it may be referred to as an Engineer Print, Blueprint or Construction Print.

2. A1 size version – 841mm x 594mm (Metric – Europe, UK, Aus etc.)
When getting printed, look for the Plan Prints option. This can also be scaled perfectly to any other ‘A’ paper size for a larger or smaller version.

Design-wise, what style is the Planner?

We describe the overall Planner style as clean, simple, yet functional.

The fonts used are some of our favourites as they are easy to read both up close and at a distance.

We have created a blank canvas for you by sticking to a black palette and introducing different shades of grey to distinguish between the dates and months.

Being mono makes it easy for you to add your own colour with pens, post-it notes, highlighters, or washi tape – the choices are endless!

Function-wise, who can use it?

Where do I print it?

Once you make your purchase, you’ll be emailed the Planner as a downloadable PDF.

Upload the PDF to your favourite printer. When sourcing a local printer, look for one that can print either an Engineer, Blueprint or Plan Print. Places such as Staples or Office Depot will be able to print this size.

You’ll also receive a handy instruction sheet with your Planner download with more hints and links to suitable printers.

Below, your printed planner is hung and ready to be filled in by you.

Don’t leave your wall empty!

Insider Tip

Turn your Planner into a dry-erase board by getting it laminated. Ultrafine dry-erase markers will make it even easier to add or change events as they arise. And at the end of your year, wipe it off and start again!
